• Result disputes — jl5555 settles bets based on official results from the relevant governing body (e.g., FIBA, PBA, WBC, FIFA, or applicable competition organiser). In the event of a dispute, jl5555's decision is final after review.

JL5555 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — the following circumstances:

• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable period
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity
• Requests from PAGCOR, law enforcement, or other competent regulatory authorities
• Receipt of a chargeback or reversal on a deposit transaction

If an account is closed due to a verified violation of these Terms, jl5555 may withhold any remaining balance pending investigation.
